Hi! My pen name is Eric Diaz. I use the moniker Eric Dotd (for "Days of The Damned", an unpublished game) in some social media. I write about role-playing games, as well as other tabletop games,
video-games, movies and pop culture in general.
I've been playing RPGs since the late 80s and writing about them in this blog since 2015.
I've been discussing RPGs online since the IRC days in the early 90s, through the glorious days of G+ and its fall.
I've played more games than I can remember (various editions of D&D, AFF, CoC, GURPS, Pendragon, Star Wars d6 and d20, WoD, In Nomine, Kult, L5R, etc.).
I've spend more than a decade without playing much D&D, but since the 2010s the OSR rekindled my appreciation for that game.
Now most of my games - and posts! - have a direct D&D and OSR influence.
